Janet Hamilton is a passionate designer/decorator and handyman.  She has a love for anything to do with beautifying her home and garden.  Janet is the owner of “Paint It Like New! Inc” Burlington and Toronto. Paint It Like New! Inc. opened in April of 2009.  They spray indoor and outdoor furniture and doors using low VOC paint from Sherwin Williams. In 2014 she opened her second location for the Toronto market.  They also sell beautiful accessories and gently used vintage pieces of furniture ready to use or to spray in a new and wonderful colour.

Lindsey is the author of the lifestyle blog Recreated and an upholsterer in Toronto. A design-enthusiast, style-watcher and food lover, she shares the things she loves and her DIY and upholstery projects on her blog.  As a seasoned upcycler and regular participant in the Upcycle Challenge at the Fall Home Show, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her skills to raise money for this great cause.

Staci EdwardsStaci Edwards

Staci Edwards is the owner and CEO {Creative Enhancement Officer} of a stylish sewing and upholstery shop in Oakville called Switch Studio.
You may recognize Staci from her appearances on Breakfast Television, CP24 Breakfast, CHCH Morning Live, and from various stages at places like The National Home Show, The Fall Home Show and The GTA Home Show, just to name a few.  Staci’s work has also graced the pages of several magazines, such as, House & Home, Style At Home, Today’s Parent, Canadian Home Trends, and more.
Staci has a background in Design, and soon after starting Staci Edwards Design Inc. she took an upholstery class, and fell in love with the process.  “I have always loved crafting things with my hands – My Grandmother gave me my first sewing machine when I was 11 years old, so starting Switch Studio was a just natural fit!” says Staci.
Switch Studio sells high-end designer fabrics, reupholsters existing furniture, makes new custom upholstered furniture, home décor items such as drapery, throw pillows, and seat cushions.  Staci also offers style advice to her clients who shop at Switch Studio.  “I truly believe that everyone should have a welcoming, stylish, and comfortable home that they are happy to come home to, and I strive to help people create that everyday” explains Staci.
